5 Day Hawk Management Course
This is a 5 day course for complete novices and for those requiring more experience,
it is designed to take you through all you need to know for owning your first hawk/owl.
The course is completely hands-on, dealing with the Housing, Weights and Diets,
Husbandry of the Birds, Diseases, Imping, Coping, Casting, Making and Fitting of the Equipment,
Manning and Training, First Aid, Flying and Telemetry etc:
After your course you will then be Mentored free of charge so that you will have full guidance behind you from an experienced Falconer, this gives you the reassurance that we are here at the end of the phone when you need us, a comforting thought to know you will not be on your own once you have completed your course.
A light lunch is served daily and refreshments as and when required.
This course runs from 10.00am to 4.00pm. We are fully covered for Public Liability
£460 for 1 person or £700 for 2 people.
