1 Day Falconry Experience

It is designed to give you an insight into the commitment needed to own a bird of prey. This course covers the husbandry of the birds and equipment needed to keep and fly them. We will show you how to make the equipment that is fitted to the birds. We explain the diets needed to keep a bird of prey fit and healthy. It also gives you a completely hands on approach with the birds showing you how to handle them safely. It allows you to fly a Bird of Prey and experience the thrill of flying them free. The one day course will also enable you to decide if falconry is for you and if you have the time and commitment needed to become a falconer. Should at the end of the day you decide that Falconry is for you we can then discuss the options for a 5 Day Course. A lunch is included and refreshments are available as and when required. The day runs from 10.00am until 4.00pm
